About the role
This is a unique opportunity for you to play a pivotal role in generating revenue, establishing customer relationships, and positioning Freemelt as a disruptive leader in industrial metal additive manufacturing solutions, with a focus on applications such as orthopedic implants, MedTech, energy, defense, research and beyond. You will work on establishing the regional sales strategy, ways of working while leading the execution of the sales strategy. The role involves regular travel within EMEA.
Reporting to: Regional President EMEA
OTE (On track earnings): 100.000 euro
Key responsibilities
Develop and expand new sales in strategic industrial segments in EMEA and Asia
Identify, establish and cultivate long-term relationships with key industrial prospects, academia and partners
Raise awareness of Freemelt and our industrial and research solutions in the market
Identify needs, applications, funding, and users suitable for our technology solutions
Support with continuously improving the customer journey and product offerings
Build new industrial market segments aligned with Freemelt’s strategy
Requirements
Extensive experience in successful business development and sales management
Fluent in English (spoken and written) is required
Industrial knowledge and experience in additive manufacturing is an advantage
Basic knowledge of traditional manufacturing, Business cases, and creating demand
Experience in identifying opportunities, customer calls, and working with internal teams
Experiences with consultative technical sales
Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM database updates, and automation
