Industrialization Engineer

Location: Gothenburg

About the role
We are looking for an Industrialization Engineer to strengthen the link between development and production. In this role, you will ensure a smooth and efficient transfer from design to manufacturing, focusing on documentation, structure and production readiness.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain manufacturing documentation and product data
  • Update and validate drawings and technical files
  • Support production with technical inquiries and troubleshooting
  • Participate in design reviews and improvement projects

Your profile

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar
  • Experience with CAD tools (e.g., Creo) and PDM systems
  • Good understanding of production processes
  • Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)
  • Communicates fluently in English
  • Holds a category B driving licence and has access to a car

Meritorious: Experience in industrialization, production preparation or design transfer.
